DSP Designer Details	The “DSP Designer” software option enables digital control algorithms and other aspects of DSP to be visually simulated using special device models to create Z-Transforms and Bode plots for modeling digital control. Real-time communication automatically generates DC, transient and AC stimuli to the DSP, and retrieves waveforms for direct importation to be viewed alongside simulated waveforms. Real-time communication scripts are quickly accessed from the IntuScope waveform calculator, and drive the DSP development board through a serial interface designed into Intusoft’s Solar1TiM dual buck/boost SMPS evaluation board.

SpiceMod Details	SpiceMod generates accurate SPICE models from the parametric data supplied from manufacturers datasheets. If only a limited amount of such data is available then SpiceMod will make estimates for the remaining data, based on the data the user has entered. The more data entered, the more accurate the model will be. The following model types are generated with SpiceMod: Diodes, Zeners, BJTs, Power BJTs, Darlington BJTs, JFETs, MOSFETs, Power MOSFETs, SCR, Sidacs, Triacs, Diacs, and IGBTs.SpiceMod does not extract parameters from IV curves, but it does provide test circuits so the user can plot the I-V curves of the generated models. It does not produce BSIM models. These are proprietary models that can be obtained from a foundry, although Intusoft does support BSIM models as part of its SPICE model offering.
