We provide a Subject Access Request Form for your convenience, but its use is not mandatory. Normally, there is no charge unless the request is excessive. We will respond within 15 working days, or a maximum of one month, with a complete response, including your data. For complex requests, additional time may be required, up to three months, with regular updates on progress.
